October 30 - Candlelight Vigil

CASA Pinellas is partnering with Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital to host a candlelight vigil on October 30, at 6:30pm at its Pocket Park off of 5th St. S and 7th Ave. S. (directly cross from the parking garage at 651 5th Street S., St. Petersburg).

The community will light candles in unison and remember the members of our community taken too soon by domestic violence from 2024 and 2025. This event is free and open to the public.

Make Your Voice Heard - #StandUpToSilence this October

This October, CASA Pinellas invites you to join forces and amplify our mission like never before. As we stand united against domestic violence, your voice has the potential to create a tidal wave of change. Here’s how you can make an impact:

  1. CASA’s Media Toolkit: Our carefully crafted media toolkit is your key to spreading awareness far and wide. Packed with captivating graphics, inspiring messages, and sample posts, it empowers you to ignite conversations about domestic violence and the importance of support. Share them on your social media platforms and watch as ripples turn into waves of change.
  2. Be a Facebook Fundraising Hero: Become a catalyst for transformation by starting a Facebook fundraiser for CASA Pinellas. With just a few clicks, you can rally your friends, family, and colleagues to contribute and support our life-changing programs. Each donation brings us closer to eradicating domestic violence and creating a safer, empowered future.
  3. Host a 3rd Party Fundraiser: Your business, organization, community group, or school can plan and host an event, promotion, or drive that benefits CASA Pinellas. It is planned and executed independently of CASA and CASA’s staff. This is a great way to team build, invest back into our community, and get creative.

By using your voice and social media savvy, you become a superhero for survivors. This October, let’s engage new audiences and raise awareness for CASA Pinellas. Together, we will #StandUpToSilence to create a #ViolenceFreePinellas!
