Position Title: Thrift Store Associate (Floater) Part-time

Major Function:

• Provide input and assistance with receiving, sorting, pricing, and hanging of clothing donations.
• Receive, sort, and stock/stage all incoming donations and provide support throughout store as needed.
• Maintain merchandising and product organization of shop floor.
• Rotation of merchandise.
• Responsible for receiving, pricing and proper set up to see all housewares.
• Cashier responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure that the store is well maintained, clean and inviting.
• Handle situations in a professional and responsible manner.]
• Be able to work independently or as a team member.
• Follow all store opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee volunteers
• Follow CASA’s policies and procedures.
• Other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3-years Retail experience required
• Experience in staging all types of products.
• Possess the ability to climb stairs and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Possess a valid Florida State Driver’s License and *proof of auto insurance to be annually verified.
• Agree to participate in a background check
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
• Schedule may vary. May be required to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work independently or as a team member.
• All employees of CASA are considered “essential” and as such may be required to be available to remain onsite and/or required to assist during emergencies and other critical times.
