Fifth Third Bank is a major U.S. bank that serves 10 states in the Midwest and Southeast. Currently, Fifth Third Bank has branches located in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Checking and savings accounts, insurance, loan products, and investing are some of the services the bank offers. In 1948, 5/3rd Bank became the first financial institution in the United States to establish a charitable foundation.
